Saved over 50% at Walgreens even buying ink for the printer

I decided to do a Walgreens deal today. I needed ink for our printer and a refill just wasn't going to work this time. I spent $39 oop and have $2 RR left.  The total value of this trip was $79. I paid $27 for the ink, So for $10 ($39 - $2 RR left over = $37 and the ink was $27) I was able to get:
3 Dawn $ .49
2 Jello $ .50 each
Had to have the Ghiradelli chocolate $2
2 (2pks) Sharpies $ .69
1 pkg Crayola washable markers FREE after RR
1 pkg 6 barrettes - FREE after RR
1 pkg children's chewable fish oil -FREE after RR
1 Contact solution was a $1 money maker after coupon and RR
2 boxes of cards $3

Walgreens deal for $6.38

Drugstores can have some great deals if you know your price points. The items in this photo would of cost almost $38 on a regular day.  With sales and coupons I paid just $6.38.  The 3# of apples were at the front of the store with a $ .99 sign. That makes them $ .33 a pound which is a great deal.  The eggs were $ .88, the ice cream was on sale and with a coupon just $2 each.  The 6 Nivea lip gloss were each on sale for $1 but with the $1 off coupons from the newspaper and the $2 off 2 on the Nivea website these were all free.  Shhhh!!! They are stocking stuffers for Christmas for my 4 daughters.
