Is it time to get rid of all that paperwork and outdated electonics laying around your house? Check out the Free Shredder Event Saturday, May 22 at Turner Field, Atlanta from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Orange and Gold parking lots, adjacent to the stadium. Old bills, bank statements and receipts can be shredded free of charge. Shredding Restrictions are as follows:
•5 boxes/trash bags per person
•No metal or plastic
•No newspapers, magazines or phone books
•No business materials. Personal documents only
They will be accepting old electronics, such as computers and stereos FREE. TVs will be accepted for a $10 cash fee. Individuals and businesses are welcome
Atlanta Community Food Bank will be on hand to collect food at the event to distribute to needy families across the Atlanta area.
