FREE Vision/Medical Clinic for uninsured in Woodstock

LoveLoud, a ministry of FBCW.org  is offering a FREE Vision/Medical clinic and Health Fair  for those who are uninsured on Thursday and Friday October 20th and 21st, 2011 from 9 - 4 PM.  Medical screenings, physical exams, full eye exams, FREE glasses, hearing testing, blood sugar screenings, chiropractors, blood pressure check and nutrition professionals will be available on a first come first serve basis.  The address for the health fair is 11905 Hwy 92, Woodstock, GA 30188 in the gym of building "B".
