Dive In Movie at Wills Park Pool

Alpharetta City Pool at Wills Park is offering a Dive In Movie August 4th, 2012.  FREE for Will's Park pool members and $3 for general admission. Gates open at 7:30 PM and the movie begins 9 - 9:30 pm. A fun family movie for all.

FREE Home Depot Kids Workshop

Home Depot Kids Workshops have been one of our favorite things to do for years.  The FREE workshops are offered the 1st Saturday of every month from 9 - noon, nationwide. Add the dates to your calender even when you are traveling.  The orange aprons are light and easy to pack. It is great fun to see how many states we can do Home Depot Kids Workshops in. The kids earn a pin for their smock, and have gained confidence in handing tools and completing a useful project that often make great gifts.  If they don't offer a painting station at the store we go to our girls have enjoyed coming home and working on the back porch and painting their projects.   Upcoming 2012 dates are:  August 4th and September 1st.

From Page to Screen is every Monday at 3 PM at the Central Library in Cobb County. Teens and adults are welcome to join every Monday afternoon in July for a blockbuster PG-13 movie based on a book.

Chick-fil-A Cow Appreciation Day is July 13th, 2012.  For one day only, black and white spots, cow bells and furry ears will be appropriate attire.  Chick-fil-A awards a free combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) to any customer who comes to one of our 1,500+ restaurants fully dressed as a cow. A  FREE sandwich if you dress up a little bit.
