Hi Susan, You've inspired me to try menu planning to save time and money, and as a way to make sure we eat healthier foods, and eat earlier in the evening. Most nights we come home from work too tired to think about meal preparation. We end up snacking for an hour or so before we get serious about cooking a meal. We rarely eat dinner before 8:00 p.m., and soon afterwards we fall into bed. Clearly we have some bad habits to break. I hope meal planning will get us started in the right direction. Wish me luck!
