I was excited this afternoon when I arrived at Seattle’s Best Coffee to find they now had a happy hour Monday – Thursday from 3 – 5 pm. Pick up a Medium 12 oz. drink for $2 and a Large 20 oz. drink for $3. Happy hour will run through January 5th, 2010. More on Seattle's Best Specials here. The Javanilla Shakes and bottled drinks are not included.
If you are picking up coffee to brew at home be sure to stop by on a Friday when you can get a free Medium Mocha when you buy a 12 oz bag or larger of coffee beans or a holiday gift pack of coffee samplers. At the location I visited today I could donate a 12 oz bag of coffee beans to Soldier's Angels. They ship and distribute the coffee beans along with your handwritten message to soldiers currently serving.
Many Seattle’s Best Coffee’s are located in Barnes and Nobles book stores where they are having a holiday “Purchase and Donate Drive” collecting books and plush toys for local charities that are bought at Barnes and Noble. Coupons are often available online or sign up for the Barnes and Noble e-newsletters which have coupons. This will help make your holiday donation and gift giving go further this season.
