On my trip to Kroger I purchased:
2 boxes of Barbara's cereal on sale for $1.29 with coupons they were $ .29each
Salami and Peperoni and Toblerone chocolate were $1.00 each
chocolate chips were $2.29 with coupons were $1.79 each (needed for muffins and cake balls)
chicken leg quarters were $ .39 a pound (10# for $3.90)
I may go back before Saturday and pick up some more chicken for the freezer. This was over a $30 value without sales and coupons. Even on quick trips you can double your money.
