I stopped in to a supermarket specializing in Spanish/Mexican foods. I found cilantro for $ .39, huge scallions for $.69 and a 40 count pack of flour tortillas for $3.49 (they are about $2 for a 10 pk at the grocery store).When you know what a good price point is for your items you can find deals anywhere you shop.
